How quickly are orders processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How are orders packaged?
All orders are discreetly packaged and carefully protected to minimise light exposure and movement during transit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Direct Deposit via bank transfer. Payment instructions are displayed after your order is placed. Orders may be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 business days.
Direct deposit is a secure and commonly used option for research supply orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of research products, returns are not accepted unless an item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and your order details, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
