This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from Next Life Peptides Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our website (the “Site”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

Research Products – All Sales Final

Due to the nature of research and laboratory products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or circumstances where products have been opened, handled, or used.

Products sold on this Site are intended strictly for research, laboratory, or educational purposes only and are not suitable for resale, reuse, or return once supplied.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund if an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

To be eligible for consideration, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• your order number
• a clear description of the issue
• clear photographs of the item and packaging

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.

No Returns on Opened or Used Products

For safety, quality, and integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, tampered with, partially used, or stored improperly after delivery.

Shipping Issues and Delays

Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect address details provided at checkout, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been dispatched, risk of loss passes to the customer. Replacement or refund for lost parcels is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Method

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not offer cash refunds or store credit unless required by law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes submitted without first contacting us may result in suspension of future purchasing access. We reserve the right to provide order records, delivery confirmation, and correspondence to payment processors to dispute chargebacks where appropriate.
